Prior to his recruiting career, Paul toured the Midwest as a motivational speaker to high school students. After surviving a severe head on collision with a drunk driver, he used that experience to teach students at dozens of high schools each year about the impact drinking & driving can have on them, and the people they hit. He made his living during that time as a financial adviser. He is a graduate of Illinois College in Jacksonville where he served as President of Pi Pi Rho Literary Society for two terms and was a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon Honor Society in Economics.
Paul’s successful career has been built (and continues to be built) on his strong ethical values, cherished relationships and a focus on producing results.
